- A micro and small SME has ≤ 50 employees and ≤ 100 million baht annual revenue.
- The SME must manufacture their product wholly or partially in Thailand. Importers do not qualify for our program.
- Tops Tongtin SME’s are NOT required to be registered with OSMEP (Office of SMEs Promotion).
- SME’s can be
1) a Company (Listed or Limited Liability)
2) a Partnership (Unregistered, Registered or Limited)
3) a SMCE (small and micro community enterprise)
4) an Individual
No. A key feature of our program is the dedication to support SME’s in saving on upfront costs and expenses as much as possible. Therefore, you can apply to Tops Tongtin for free. There is no extra cost for this. You’ll only have to have internet, a device and your ambition.
- Normally, interested suppliers can contact our buyers through conventional communication channels (e.g., telephone, email, etc…).
- The Tops Tongtin website is an open and singular point of entry for small and micro SME Food and Beverage producers interested in applying to be our partners.
- On the website, SME’s can present all of their relevant information for our consideration as well as keep track of their application status in one place.
- The consolidation of supplier data on one platform allows us to get a more complete picture of individual applicants and therefore improve processing times.

No, you don’t need to have an FDA license. We are open for SME’s with different levels of readiness, even those without company registration. What we ask for is great products. We love speaking with suppliers in early stages of development because together we can sharpen ideas for product and packaging development which will help speed up the registration process in the long run and give your products the best chance to shine on the shelves.
